Hello everyone, Matthew Hemenway is here. In this video, I will be reviewing and analyzing The Hit Girl that is done by Three Degrees Off Center Productions, and it came out in 2013. You can buy and stream The Hit Girl on Amazon. You can rent and buy the movie. I would rent it first to see if you would like it, then I would buy it since renting is an option. I will let you know my rating at the end of the video. Thank you.

The viewer meets Bill a hit man that works for the Government. He is a military contractor that takes jobs that where he is asked to capture, if necessary, kill people if no other option is there. He used to serve in the military before he became a contractor for the Government. The laptop that he got from the beginning of the movie had classified information. That is what the viewer gets when he is talking to his boss. His boss asks him, are you saying those catchphrases? He says, I do not do that anymore. His boss told him he had a new job for him, nothing urgent. Bill told him he would take it.
Bill goes to see his sister and his niece. He decides to see how they are doing as the job he must do is where his sister and niece live. Bill and his niece talk about movies and as Suzy is a movie buff. I do not blame her as I love movies, or I would not be doing this channel which I review books, movies, and TV shows. His sister gets called into work at the museum as the museum must meet a deadline.
Bill is with Suzy in the room where the statue is. As shown earlier in the movie, his sister was handling the statue. The statue has magical powers in that it can change a person into another person. This means that the statue can shapeshift a person into another person. This makes this pretty cool from that standpoint. Body swap stories are awesome. Bill makes an awkward wish that he wished that he had the problems of a teenage girl. I understand where Bill is coming from, being an adult is hard at times, you wish you could be a kid again. Believe me, I wish I had the problems of being a kid again. Life felt like it was easier back then. That could be a perception, not the reality. We all claim at one point that our lives were easier when we were kids. If we are honest with ourselves, life is not always easy as we claim it to be.
Bill later wakes up as a teenage girl and his mission is made harder by the fact that in this new body, he is 4’11” and only 98 pounds. Suzy later renames him Jessica, and she must figure out how to complete this mission. Jessica gets in a fight with Catty teenage girls at a playhouse and she gets beaten up to say the least. As Suzy tells her you went into fight thinking you were still in your big male body. Suzy lets her know that as Jessica that you would be invited into the house to sit by the fire. If they saw you as Bill, you would get shot and have the police officers (cops) called on you.
The movie continues with Jessica having to adapt to her new body. She must move the car and must move the seat closer to hit the brake and the gas pedal. She then must learn to adjust to being a girl. She finds out she is supposed to shave her legs not her face. She must wear a sports bra when she is running so her breasts stay in place. It becomes one challenge after another.
As not to spoil anymore, nothing more will be revealed here. It does bring the viewer to the climax of the story.
I give Hit Girl a 10 out of 10. I thought it was well done and worth watching. It is rated 16 up and not meant for small children. I thought the body swap storyline worked well and it showed the challenges Bill later in the movie known as Jessica must face and how the character grows in the movie. I thought it did well with character development in the movie.
