Hello everyone, Matthew Hemenway here. In this video and blog, I will be reviewing and analyzing the Book of Boba Fett Season 1 Episode 3 currently on Disney+. I will go over several topics and point out several Easter eggs in this episode.
The episode starts off with Boba Fett as a man comes in telling Boba that you need to help me with this gang problem I have. The gang was stealing water from this man. Tatooine as was pointed out in the last episode used to have oceans and it got worse do to the planet drying up. Water would be a precious commodity on desert planet like Tatooine. Boba told the man; he was born on a planet that was surrounded by water. The man told him if you take care of this problem, then I will double my tribute to you.
Boba Fett with Fennec Sand along with the Gamoran Guards go with Boba Fett and they see the gang which was causing the problems. The gang at first shows Boba Fett disrespect, but Boba tells them you will now work for Boba. The man got upset, but Boba tells him you need to lower your prices. Boba figured if they are as good fighters as talkers then they would be a great asset to him.
Boba Fett goes back in the healing chamber and goes back to the past. In the past, he meets with Pikes and the Pikes tell him they will not pay protection fees to both them and the biker gang. Boba tells him, he can take care of them as the Tuscan Raiders have been here even before the oceans dried up. He later returns the Tuscan Raiders only to find them murdered.
